7 month old Bassett Mix in Saint Louis, MO

I adopted Ellie from the APA a month ago. My boyfriend and I just broke up and due to the new living arrangements I cannot give her what she needs. I am a nurse and it would not be fair to leave her alone for over 12 hours at a time. Ellie is an absolute sweetheart. She is so cuddly and sweet. She loves toys and bones. She is amazing with other dogs, adults and children. She is finally getting use to cats and enjoys playing with them. Right now she lives with a husky mix and a cat. She does wonderfully. Ellie is doing significantly better with potty training. She still has accidents but that is mostly due to the fact that I left her home alone to long. She is chipped, spayed and up to date on all her shots. I wish so badly I could keep her but she deserves the best family. That is what I am looking for her, the perfect family.
